In Skamol Roedding Pressing we are producing vermiculite insolating slaps or smaller customized insolating materials for e.g. wood stoves in private homes.
Skamol Roedding Pressing is a fully automated and modern plant with robot technology, CNC and advanced machinery.
This means that we can follow a specified description to the smallest detail, and provide customers with completely uniform systems across batches. And we ensure that all customer requirements for dimensions and properties are fully complied.
As part of the developing process we can test the systems on a fully equipped small-scale setup, similar to a real production environment. On this basis, we can offer to create dedicated, customized systems in close cooperation and dialogue with the customer all the way from idea to completion.
The plant has a large production of lining panels for stoves, where design in both shape and colour becomes increasingly important, and where the environmental requirements for emissions become stricter and stricter.
Furthermore, our vermiculite plant produces boards used for high temperature insulation, including special systems that can tolerate direct exposure to molten aluminium in e.g. primary aluminium production.
