With our range of SkamoSteel Vip boards, Skamol offers the optimal insulation system, whether it concerns insulation of lid, bottom or sidewalls of the steel ladle. The requirements for back-up insulation systems in steel ladles vary greatly. We continue to develop and improve our current insulation system to make sure that we always offer the optimal solution for our customers. Therefore, we offer to produce the SkamoSteel Vip boards as standardized boards, as wedge-boards, and as clickboards. The clickboards combine five boards into one. The vertical slots make the boards adjust perfectly to the construction leaving no gaps, ensuring minimal thermal loss and minimizing the need for customization on site.
