Skamol cooperates with partners all over the world, and apart from our Danish plants, we have our own production plant in Poland. This means that we can equip students and trainees with a broad, international experience, which is valuable, whether you choose a career with Skamol or in a completely different industry.

For a long time, it has been an issue to recruit highly educated professionals to the peripheral regions. The reason why it has been an issue, is not due to a lack of job opportunities; it is because people does not consider the peripheral regions when searching for job opportunities.
