This is the experience Valentin had when he started working for Skamol. Valentin received a warm welcome by his Danish colleagues. However, as the Danish language is included in the everyday procedures at Skamol, and Skamol offers its international employees Danish lessons - something that Valentin profited by. Besides this, with his work at Skamol, Valentin challenges his competencies every day, as he, as an educated building engineer, constantly learns about new technologies and systems. Valentin stresses that he develops new systems and implementations to improve the environment for a company in constant growth, with a unique working environment:
