We are pleased to announce that Poul Erik Kamstrup has taken over the role of CEO of Skamol Group permanently, having held the role interim since October 2020, in parallel with his previous role as CFO.
Furthermore, we are pleased to announce that Simon Plagborg has been appointed registered director of Skamol A/S with unchanged responsibility for the CCO area in Skamol Group, which he has headed for the past 3 years.
The Executive Board of Skamol A/S now consists of CEO Poul Erik Kamstrup and CCO Simon Plagborg.
