The plant in Branden was established in 1982 and since then continually upgraded and automated. This has led to a considerable increase in production capacity - as well as high and consistent quality, efficient handling of standardized solutions and fast lead times.
Today, our insulation systems have reached a unique level of quality in both strength and consistence. One of the major advantages of our calcium silicate boards is that they are extremely lightweight and that they do not crack during extreme temperatures or violent temperature changes.
The primary production at our calcium silicate plant consists of standard boards, which can be used for a variety of insulation purposes such as industrial high temperature insulation, passive fire protection, mold prevention and for fireplace enclosures.
In addition to mass production of standard boards, our customers can also order customised sizes in larger quantities. We are also able to carry out small scale production trials and tests to ensure customers an efficient production process before starting a major production.
The calcium silicate boards are either delivered for further processing to Skamol Roedding, or as large bulk deliveries directly to customers, who can manage the following processing themselves.
